Muffins au chocolat



Soft and creamy muffins, easy and fast to make, for parties or every day. 


Ingredients:
  • 1,5 dl sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1,5 dl cup of flour 
  • 6,5 dl chopped chocolate (250-300 gr)
  • powder sugar, for serving

Preparation:
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. 
  2. In a large bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. 
  4. Add flour then add in chocolate and stir it well.
  5. Place your paper muffins in the pan, fill them to the top and bake 10 minutes.
  6. Let it cool 2 minutes, then dust with powder sugar.
  7. Enjoy :)

Cokoladni mafini 
Potrebno:
  • 1,5 dl secera
  • 6 kasika maslaca (drzanog na sobnoj temperaturi)
  • 4 jaja
  • 1,5 dl brasna
  • 6,5 dl izlomljene cokolade (250-300 gr) pozeljno sa visokim procentom kakaoa)
  • secer u prahu za posipanje
Priprema:
  1. Rernu zagrejati na 200 stepena C.
  2. U vecoj ciniji umutiti maslac sa secerom dok masa ne postane ''penasta''.
  3. Dodati jaja, jedno po jedno i dobro umutiti nakon svakog dodavanja.
  4. Zatim dodati brasno, izmesati i dodati komadice cokolade, sve lepo sjediniti.
  5. Puniti modlice za mafine skoro do vrha i peci u zagrejanoj rerni 10 minuta. 
  6. Ohladiti minut-dva i posuti secerom u prahu.
  7. Uzivati :)
