Chicken salad

This is a summer recipe for a fresh and tasty chicken salad.






Materials: 


  • chicken breast
  • 3 colored peppers
  • 1 can on corn
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • pickles (as many as you like)
  • fifresh parlsey
  • 1 whole jar of mayo
  • 4 spoons of vinegar
  • salt & pepper









Dressing:

Use a blender to mix the mayo ,the fresh parsley  and the vinegar.
Mix well.



Execution:

Peel the carrots and boil them with the chicken, until they are soft.
Chop the peppers, the onion, the pickles and the carrots and mix them with the corn in a large bowl.
After the chicken is ready, chop it in small pieces and add it to the bowl. 
Add salt & pepper.
Finally, add the dressing and stir well.



Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours and you are done.
