This time, little bit different post from me, but still very, very good one. This is perfect home remedy recipe that comes from my family (I made some small modifications, but it's still perfect). If you get flu, or just feel that storm is coming you must try this!
We are all familiar with all 5 ingredients, but I will give some small explanation that might help you to find all pretty easy.
- TEA-any kind of tea can work here, I prefer Green Tea (whole leaves, not commercial one, in a tea bags), but any other can do it's job even those from the grocery store.
- LEMON-nothing to say here, except when you pick the lemon, try to buy those with smooth zest, they are juicier.
- PROPOLIS DROPS-you can find this is the pharmacy, or in the stores with organic food, bee products and such. If you know someone who is keeping bees, you can ask for this and get really pure and good product. It's very cheap, but very, very healthy.
- HONEY-any type of honey is good, it depends on your taste which one you will use.
- EFFERVESCENT MULTIVITAMIN PILLS-I usually have this always in the house, and using mostly to make this vitamin booster. You can use also powdered multivitamin drinks with all kind of tastes you like (lemon, orange, grape etc.) in that case, add 2 teaspoons into your tea.

Odlican vitaminski napitak protiv gripa
Potrebno:
-Solja caja
-Sok od jednog limuna
-20 kapi proplisa
-2 kasike meda
-1 sumeca tableta multivitamina
Postupak:
- Skuvati caj, najbolje zeleni (voda ne sme da provri, idealna temperatura je do 80C stepeni, prekinite kuvanje cim voda pocne da struji).
- Sacekajte da se caj ohladi do granice kada ga mozete piti a da se ne ispecete.
- Dodajte u caj ceo iscedjen limun, propolis kapi, med i sumecu tabletu, promesajte i popijte odmah.
Ukoliko vam se ucini da je caj presladak, mozete smanjiti kolicinu meda na jednu kasiku. Uzivajte u napitku bar dva puta dnevno, u slucaju visoke temperature koja prati grip, pijte i do tri puta dnevno, ali ne vise.
Odlican vitaminski napitak kada se osecate umorno i bezvoljno.
