Coffee bread


Soft and tasty coffee bread or very nice every day cookie, very easy to make 
with ingredients that you always have in the house.



Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 180 grams of sugar
  • 120 grams of butter
  • 10 spoons of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • 280 grams of flour
  • zest from one lemon
  • 4 spoons of oil
  • 50-80 grams of chopped chocolate (white/black)
  • 50 grams of chopped almonds or nuts or walnuts...
  • 4-5 spoons of cocoa powder

Preparation:

  1. Separate egg yolks and whites.
  2. Whisk egg whites into the foam and leave it on the side.
  3. In another bowl, whisk well egg yolks with sugar, then add melted butter, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, oil, milk, flour with baking powder, and at the end add egg whites foam.
  4. Stir well and add chopped chocolate and nuts (this is optional).
  5. Split the cookie dough in two bowls, and in one add cocoa powder, stir it well.

Now you will have two colored cookie. Place the cookie dough in the baking mold, on the baking paper, or butter it well before adding the dough. You can place both ''black and white'' on the same time, or just place first one, then on the top another and mix it just a little bit with the spoon to make it to look like a marble. Bake it on 200 C degree 40-50 minutes.

Divan i mekan kolac za uz kaficu

Potreban materijal:
  • 4 jaja
  • 180 grama secera
  • 120 grama butera
  • 10 kasika mleka
  • 2 kasicice praska za pecivo
  • 2 kasicice vanilin secera
  • 280 grama brasna
  • korica od jednog limuna
  • 4 kasike ulja
  • komadici crne/bele cokolade (50-80 grama)
  • seckani bademi, orasi, lesnici...

Priprema:

  1. Odvojiti zumance od belanaca.
  2. Posebno ih umutiti pocevsi od zumanaca koje cete mututi sa secerom, dodati  otopljen buter, vanilin secer, narendanu koricu limuna, ulje, mleko, brasno pomesano sa praskom za pecivo i na kraju u sve to dodati umucenu penu od belanaca. Sve lepo izmesati i dodati komadice cokolade i seckane bademe, orahe ili lesnike (po ukusu i zelji).
  3. Podeliti masu u dve cinije i u jednu dodati kakao. Sve lepo izmesati.
  4. Modlu za pecenje ili premazati buterom ili koristiti papir za pecenje.
  5. Izliti masu u kalup, prvo jednu pa drugu ''boju'' i kasikom blago izmesati kako biste napravili sare.
Mozete izlivati i istovremeno ukoliko ste vestiji :).
Kolac peci na 200 C stepeni, 40-50 minuta. 
Mozete ga peci u modli za kuglof ili strudlu.
