Pasta and pork in a mushroom sauce


Easy to make for lunch or dinner. I am making something like this often, and every time it taste different but good, cause you are free to experiment with the meat sauce ;).



Ingredients:
  • 1 onion
  • 4 big mushrooms
  • 300-400 grams of meat (chicken, pork, beef)
  • ground ginger
  • parsley
  • beef broth around 3 dl
  • pepper
  • 1/2 dl of heavy cream 
  • egg noodles (tagliatelle) 500 gr 
Preparation:
  1. Cut meat in a small peaces, and fry it on both side, if it looks like it will burn, add little bit water. When meat gets a color, add chopped onion and chopped mushroom. Stir it good to mix all ingredients together. 
  2. Cover it with beef broth, add pepper, ground ginger (just a pinch) and stir it again. Cook until meat is soft, around 20-30 minutes. At the end, add heavy cream, stir it and let it cook 3 minutes more, til becomes creamy :). When you move it from the stove, add parsley (around 1 teaspoon dry or fresh) and stir it again.
  3. On other side, boil your egg noodles and serve them with your pork-mushroom sauce.
  4. Enjoy with friends and family. :)

Pasta  i  meso u sosu od pecuraka

Jednostavno jelo za svaki dan. Mozete eksperimentisati sa mesom i povrcem. Ovo je samo jedna od varijanti pripreme sosa. 

Sastojci:
  • 1 crni luk
  • 4 vece pecurke
  • 300-400 grama svinjskog mesa
  • mleveni djumbir (jako malo)
  • persun
  • juneci bujon oko 3 dl
  • biber
  • 1/2 dl neutralne pavlake
  • siroki rezanci (tagliatelle)
Priprema:

  1. Meso iseci na kockice i proprziti bez ulja. Dodati malo vode da ne bi zagorelo ukoliko je potrebno. Zatim dodati sitno iseckan luk i pecurke, biber i djumbir. Sve lepo promesati.
  2. Naliti junecim bujonom i kuvati dok meso ne postane mekano, oko 20-30 minuta. Pri samom kraju, kada je sva tecnost skoro isparila, dodati neutralnu pavlaku i kuvati jos par minuta dok se ne zgusne. Skloniti sa vatre i dodati persun, oko jedne kasicie, ili vise po zelji, suv ili svez.
  3. Rezance skuvati i servirati tople sa vec pripremljenim sosom od mesa i pecuraka.
  4. Uzivajte u rucku ili veceri sa prijateljima :).
