♥ Soft and delicious brownies ♥

Easy, soft and tasty chocolate cookie that you will wish for every single day :)

Ingredients:
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 1 dl of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 6-8 spoons of cocoa
  • 1 tbs of instant coffee 
  • 1 tbs of vanilla
  • 4 spoons of flour
  • 100 grams of dark milk chocolate
  • 100 grams of white chocolate
  • pinch of salt
Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven on 200 C degree.
  2. Melt the butter, add sugar in it, then add eggs whisk all, then add cocoa, vanilla, instant coffee, flour, chopped chocolates and pinch of salt.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Pick your baking mold, protect with the baking paper and add pour your cake in it.
  5. Bake it 10 minutes, then check with the toothpick, it should be moisture but not liquid.
  6. It depends on size of your baking mold, if it's big, then cookie will be baked in less then 20 minutes, but as I said, I suggest to check it after first 10 minutes, then after every 2-3 minutes, to be sure that will stay moisture inside but well baked.

 ♥ Cokoladni kolac 
{koji nikoga ne ostavlja ravnodusnim}

Sastojci:
  • 200 grama butera
  • 1 dl secera
  • 4 jaja
  • 6-8 kasika kakaoa
  • 1 kasicica instant kafe
  • 1 kasicica ekstrakta od vanile
  • 4 kasike brasna
  • 100 grama crne mlecne cokolade 
  • 100 grama bele cokolade 
  • malo soli
Priprema:
  1. Zagrejati rernu na 200 C stepeni.
  2. Otopiti buter i dodati najpre secer, dodati jaja, izmesati sve lepo da se jaja umute, zatim dodati kakao, vanilu, instant kafu, brasno i komadice izlomljene cokolade i mrvicu soli, sve lepo izmesati.
  3. Izabrati modlu za pecenje, obloziti je papirom za pecenje i izliti umucenu masu za kolac.
  4. Peci oko 10 minuta, zatim proveriti drvenom cackalicom da li je peceno, mora biti vlazno unutra ali ne tecno. 
  5. U zavisnosti od povrsine u kojoj pecete, kolac ce biti gotov za 15 ili 20 minuta, savetujem da proveravate svakih 2-3 minuta nakon prvih 10.
  6. Dakle, unutra ce ostati socan i mekan, cokolada ce se delimicno istopiti ♥.
  7. Sluziti uz umucenu neutralnu pavlaku i po zelji neko kiselkasto voce (narandze, jagode, maline itd.)
