White tuna sauce

You can use this sauce to make some really yummy pasta! Fits nicely with pasta like penne or fusilli.

Time you'll need to make this: 20 minutes
Difficulty level: easy

Ingredients (for 2 portions):
- half a packet of pasta
- 1-2 cans of tuna
- olive oil
- lemon pepper (or plain pepper, if you don't have any)
- salt
- dried parsley (4-5 spoons)
- 2 big cloves of garlic
- lemon juice (half a lemon)
- cooking cream (1-2 cartons, depending how saucy you want your pasta to be)
- 1 veggie or fish broth cube

How to cook it:
  1. Prepare the water for the pasta, adding the broth cube and a round of olive oil. When boiling, throw in the pasta, and let it cook for about 8-10 minutes. Drain when ready, and don't rinse (never, ever!).
  2. Meanwhile, heat some olive oil in a cooking pan - I usually make sure that just the bottom is covered with oil. Grate the garlic and throw it in the cooking pan, letting it fry for a minute while stirring it.
  3. Add in the tuna. If it's tuna in oil, you don't need to add extra oil, but if it's tuna in water, feel free to add 2-3 rounds of olive oil. Add a spoon of salt, 3 spoons of parsley and some lemon pepper and stir very well. Let it fry for 2-3 minutes in medium heat.
  4. Add the cooking cream to the mix and set it on low heat. Add the rest of the parsley and stir everything well. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes in low heat.
  5. Once the sauce is ready, pour it over the pasta and mix everything well. Combine with some white wine and some garlic bread!
