Curry potato bites

These potatoes are very easy to make with few ingredients, and go nicely as sides or appetizers with Asian or meat dishes. :) You can add any sauce you prefer, either with tomato, mayonnaise or cream/yoghurt as a base.

Time you'll need to make this: 30 minutes
Difficulty level: easy!

Ingredients (for 1 bowl):
- 2 medium sized potatoes
- salt
- black pepper
- cumin seeds
- curry
- powdered garlic
- olive oil

How to cook it:
  1. Peel, wash and cut your potatoes in "cubes" (as pictured, or if you can make actual cubes, then yay!). Place them in a cooking pan, add salt to taste and a round of olive oil to barely just go over the potatoes (there should not be a layer of oil at the bottom of the cooking pan).
  2. Season with cumin seeds, curry and a little bit of black pepper. Mix everything well.
  3. "Fry" your potatoes in the oven, preferably at 150 degrees for 20-30 minutes (until gold and crispy).
  4. When ready, place on draining paper for 1-2 minutes to remove extra oil. Then place in a bowl, season with some powdered garlic, and some extra cumin seeds and curry for a stronger taste. Stir around a bit, and serve warm!
