I never thought the combination of potatoes and peppers would be so tasty! Very easy-to-make snack, which can be used as sides as well. Accompany with fine ale for guaranteed pleasure :D This version can be eaten by vegetarians as it only contains cooking cream. For the non-veggies, it's recommended to add ham, bacon, sausage or cooked chicken bits in the mix!

How to cook it:
- Peel, wash and cut your potatoes in thin pieces. Place them in a cooking pan, add salt to taste and a round of olive oil to barely just go over the potatoes (there should not be a layer of oil at the bottom of the cooking pan).
- "Fry" your potatoes in the oven, preferably at 150 degrees for 20-30 minutes (until gold and crispy). Check often for the perfect potato cooking, as it differs depending on the kind of the potato.
- Meanwhile, chop your peppers in stripes and salt them a bit.
- When your potatoes are ready, remove the pan, and add in the peppers. Season with black pepper and only a bit of sweet paprika and stir everything well in the cooking pan.
- Add cooking cream on top (needs about half a carton, don't have it bathing, but let the cream be around adequately), stir all around and get the cooking pan back in the oven for another 5 minutes at about 125 degrees. This will fix your cream nicely over the potatoes and peppers and will mildly cook the peppers without them becoming too soft.
- Eat warm, and don't forget to drink a beer :D Cheers!
