Pancakes a la Viking

Hello everyone! I'm here to show you how to make awesome pancakes WITHOUT breaking the kitchen
.
(Trolololol Swedishmealtime - Check them on Youtube).

First you fetch some ingredients (pancakes for 1 viking or 2-3 people):

1l milk
5dl flour
4-5 eggs
Add sugar by personal preference
Same goes for vanilla sugar
Vikings love sugar in their pancakes!!

Now it's time for mixing everything!
Step one: Roar!
Step two: Smash the egg shells gently so you can get the awesome stuff inside to put into a bowl. Egg shell is not advised to have in the pancake mix.
Step three: Mix the eggs (with or without shells).
Step four: Add around 1/2 of the milk into the bowl.
Step five: Mix some more
Step six: Add 5dl of flour, keep mixing while you add (or once per dl if you find it boring to do both at the same time).
Step seven: Add the remaining 1/2 of the milk.
Step eight: Mix until it looks like nice liquid pancake juice
Step nine: Add sugar and vanilla sugar by personal preference and mix one last time
Step ten: You are now finished! Go grow a beard!

Now that the pancake mix is finished, next step is getting the frying pan.
(picture 1 shows how the pancake mix should look).

Here is the most important part - TONS OF BUTTER!!!!
If the frying pan is not bathing in butter = Add more.
If you bathe in butter = You added too much.
Anything inbetween = Solid

Your next goal is just to fry them, turn the heat to maximum and let your kitchen burn for awhile. If you are lazy like me you'll keep it around maximum just to make it go faster! If you prefer your pancakes not close to burnt, use a lower degree and wait abit longer. They should taste splendid either way!

When you are done they should look something like this. If they don't, maybe you didn't add enough butter! And if you did, then maybe you need a viking to make them for you.

That's all from me!
Chris
