This is a quick and simple pink sauce using salami :) I tried it with pasta but it can also be used on potatoes or as salad dressing.
Time you'll need to make this: 15 minutes
Difficulty level: easy!
Ingredients (for 2 portions):
- 2 slices of salami
- salt
- dry basil
- 1/3 carton of tomato juice
- 1/2 carton of cooking cream light
- half a shot glass white wine
- olive oil

- 1/2 carton of cooking cream light

How to cook it:
- Chop your salami in small pieces. Warm 1-2 spoons of olive oil and saute your salami for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the wine, stir well and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes in medium heat.
- Add the tomato sauce and the basil (I like plenty of basil) and stir well, let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Add in the cooking cream until you get a pinkish color. It will turn orange-y as the cooking cream gets heated. Let it cook for about 10 minutes until the sauce gets a bit thick and you're done!
