Here's a simple recipe for all you spaghetti lovers out there :)
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of spaghetti ( No 6 or 10)
- 1 or 2 boxes of milk cream (depends on how many persons you want to feed)
- 1 tablespoon of butter or any similar product
- 4-5 slices of yellow cheese
- chopped ham or bacon
- salt & pepper
Preparation:
1. Boil the spaghetti (I'm guessing you know how to :-P )
2. After you drain your spaghetti, melt one spoon of butter in a small pot (you can use the same pot you boiled the pasta for less dishes to wash).
3. When the butter melts, pour the cream milk in the pot. A single box is enough for 2 persons. Use both the boxes if you are cooking for 3-4 persons, or you just want your cream to be more rich.
4. Keep stirring the mixture and when it reaches it's boiling point, drop in the slices of the cheese and continue stirring. The cheese will increase the cream's density and will add flavor.
5. Add the pieces of ham/bacon. (You can add mushrooms instead if you want, after you fry them a bit first.)
6. Add more salt or pepper if necessary.
Dinner is served!
